Volunteer Opportunities

We need all kind of volunteers big and small, one or two.
Let yourself have some FUN by participating in some of the great activities leading up to Parade Day.

• Help Transport materials in storage at the Parks
  Warehouse to the staging area.
  March 24, 25, or 26th, 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
  If you can help for even one hour, that would be great!

• Help organize our treasures in the new space.
  March 27, 28, 29, 30th.
  Any time during the day. Hours can be arranged.

• Drivers, 2 vans or a truck, needed to transport
  materials to and from the storage site.
  March 24, 25, or 26th, 9:30 am to 11:00 am.

• Behind the Procession Workshop scene.
  Volunteers needed to help set up and take
  down each Saturdays in April.

• Volunteers are needed to help our Procession
  Artists at the workshops. Make banners, costumes,
  masks and other creative endeavors.
  Spend the day. Bring some friends.
  Saturdays in April. April 3, 10, 17, 24th.
  2 shifts - 10:00 am to 1:00 pm & 1:00 to 4:00 pm.

• Volunteers needed May 1st to march in the
  Parade with the BIG puppets.

• Volunteers are needed on Parade Day. Saturday
  May 1st to help with setup in Maritime Heritage Park.
  Direct traffic at intersections.
